Dr. Martin is amazing. He is knowledgeable and provides excellent care advice, but is never condescending. He respects our input as the daily providers of our daughter's care.He reviews data with us and makes suggestions and recommendations that are very helpful, but he never tells us we have to do things a certain way. His confidence in us reinforces our confidence in how we care for our child, and we truly appreciate that support.We also appreciate that our visits feel personal, like we're old friends. He remembers details about our family's life and helps us maintain a plan of care that works for our unique situation.

Bill is Awesome. I've been his patient for years and appreciate his dedication to my well being. He's gotten to know me personally and always makes sure I'm comfortable and get all my questions and concerns answered. He always goes in depth and explains things well so that I can clearly understand the plan, also making sure everything was covered and any anxiety is eased before the visit is over. He is an excellent doctor who cares deeply about his patients. His care team is also amazingly kind and friendly, and they are sure to always make me feel welcomed and cared for. Love you all!!!

We've seen Bill now since 2020. He is by far our personal favorite provider, and it is clear he has personal experience you can't gain in medical school (real life smarts versus only book smarts) which is why we continue to choose to see him over the doctors in the office. He is so friendly and nice, he communicates well with me the adult parent and my pre-teen t1d daughter. He is fantastic at what he does and super informative.

The whole staff was honestly awesome. From check in, to the nurse, the doctor and the person we made our next appointment with, everyone was friendly and efficient while still being professional. I really do enjoy the staff at this office.

Dr. Martin remembers important details about my daughters (the two he saw at the appointment) and really conveys his care for them. He is also very knowledgeable about diabetes and gives valuable insight into their health.

Dr. Martin is an excellent provider. Occasionally, getting an appointment that works for us can be difficult, but they always make sure to get us a virtual appointment if we need to be sooner than they have available.
