I was told to arrive half an hour before my appointment, which I did. This, apparently, was so that I could complete 3 minutes of paperwork. I was not seen by the doctor until 2 full hours after my arrival. 1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment time. Dr. McClendon was brusque, apathetic and unapologetic when he did finally arrive. My exam room had a creepy video camera. Not sure what happened to privacy. Dr. prescribed a $300 medication, not covered by any insurance plan, and wouldn't return my phone calls afterwards. This really was my worst ever medical provider experience. I will never return to Dr. McClendon's office, ever.
