we went 30 min early, as requested, to fill out new patient forms.   then we waited another 2 hours to actually be seen by the doctor.    we asked questions after an hour, after 1.5 hours, and again after 1 hour 45 min---- and staff offered apologies.   but something isn't right with this office and scheduling.
