Extremely upset with the billing practices of this doctor. They incorrectly tried to charge me $160 at the counter even though I have proof that I am only required to pay $50 copay. When I told them that I would not pay $160 they said I had to cancel my appointment then and since it was less than 24hrs (I was in their office) they would charge me an $85 cancellation fee. Now they are saying I owe them the fee even though THEY made the mistake on how much I was supposed to pay. I provided proof from my insurance and they still threaten to send me to a collections department. When I called to explain my case on why I shouldn't be responsible for the late fee the billing department was rude and said they would split it with me. AVOID
Expect a long wait. This doctor double-books. Don't expect her to ask you how you feel when you finally see her for 5 minutes. She is very cold and un-caring.
A terrible experience for our child and a real set back in her overall recovery. We waited 2 hours to be seen by Dr. Wang. The staff and Dr. Wang were dismissive and mean-spirited. When our daughter was finally seen, the doctor did not even ask her how she felt, but simply said, "I put you on mood stabilizers." Our daughter was extremely upset and agitated after the wait. Dr. Wang explained that she needs to double book and thats why it took so long. When our daughter asked why do you run you office this way, Dr. Wang said, "you are rude and should leave!" After that, in order to cover herself (for turning away and suicidal patient), she called the police to cover herself legally. This further added to the trauma of the entire experience. Also, she has you sign a waiver, stating that you will not publish an unfavorable review of her on social media.
