If the judge sends you to this man do your best to move your evaluation to someone else, I'm saying all of this to cause understanding for those reading my situation. My name is Drew Weathers my case is based out of traverse city mi, case number 15-33,624-GM. I do not live in Traverse City or Michigan but was forced by the traverse city court where my son is located to pay for my own psycological evaluation without me breaking any laws with my son after ten years. After turning an equivalent evaluation into the court that said I was fine. The Guardian of my son Kelley put in a motion to revoke my visitation because I didn't get it done by Dr Wayne Simmons. When I'm being told in the court room I'm allowed to choose my evaluator yet somehow shows up in the "order" to get it from Dr. Wayne Simmons after a period of time that wasn't told to me. I called Simmons and had a 40 min phone call that cost $1,500. The evaluation he's turned into the court is false incrimation and dosnt have anything to do with evaluation iv had with him personally. Infact it seems he's basing his opinion in his conversations with the two people hurrassing me the Guardian and Guardian ad Litem to my son Kelley and Janet. This is false incrimination and providing false evidence under MCL 740.483a and 750.248 and a violation of HIPAA law. During our conversation he said that he was friends with the guardian ad litem in my case (which is a conflict of interest) and ignored the fact she was hurrassing me with the Guardian Kelley under MCL 750.411h and 750.411i. That can be proven with the court date of both the Guardian and Guardian ad Litem providing false clames and evidence infront of the judge (under MCL 740.483a and 750.248). There is state police investigations complaint number 71-613-22 that has the Guardian on preponderance of evidence hurrassing and tampering with my vehicle. As well non emergency calls to the police of the Guardian Kelley stopping me from talking with my son for long periods of time. As well texts and documents turned into the court of Kelley taking books, phones and toys iv got for my son as gifts. Do to the false clames and evidence the Guardian and Guardian ad Litem Kelley and Janet have been able to extort and entrapped me under MCL 750.213 and 750.214 showing organized specific targeting in real racketeering under 750.159f and 750.159g. If the judge sends you to this man please do your best to move your evaluation to someone else. He will use anything but your evaluation to make his opinion, as well using people's opinions who are hurrassing the person he's evaluating. If anyone can help my situation in the quest for truth and justice please do. 🙏
