Dr. Warren William Sibilla Jr., PH.D.

This doctor took 5750.00 of my money and did nothing. My attorney Laura Longstreet at the time found out from an outside party that my daughter was being abuse and it was witnessed. He turned his back and said nothing. My attorney told me at one hearing that I need to pay a bill. I told her a bill for what. He hasn't done nothing. I questioned my attorney to send an email about what he told her. She say no. Just call and find out what you need to pay him. I went ahead and emailed him about this bill anyway. I’ve sent 8 emails to him asking about this bill and he would never respond. I received only two bills from him and they were emailed to me. I didn’t want to pay him but I did. On the last bill his office wrote that I have a 1060.00 dollar credit. Then I found out that there was a CPS report, and mysteriously he knew nothing about it. CPS threw the report in the trash and never looked at it. But he is suppose to investigate. Under the law in Nov of 2019. They passed a law called “ one party consent”. He didn’t know, but I was recording his communications with me. He verbally attacked me before I got to see my daughter. I have evidence where he lied about what was sent to him and why he was brought in. He filed a second report to the judge and was crying about him loosing his career instead of worrying about my daughter that was and is being abused. I wouldn’t even call him a doctor. I paid 5750.00 for a baby sitter, when he was suppose to be a GAL. If your ever around this doctor. Record!!! Never came across a crooked doctor like him. I’m going to put up on a website about everything I recorded to show how he lies. It’s in his own words that buries himself. He needs to have his license pulled and I’m going to state and show the public what he did to my daughter. State needs to make sure that another child’s life, isn’t in danger.
