My family and I moved to clearwater and changed our boys PCP to Dr. Herrero. Her office was in walking distance to our home and website claimed to have a home town feel. But upon our first visit we were informed that we had to pay a membership fee of $99 per child for that "home town feel". which i was told included extra copies of shot records and after hours phone calls. We declined but wanted to stay on, but later we received in the mail that to stay on we would be required to pay that membership fee. Now i don't know if the doctor has ever lived in a small town but the small town i'm from doesn't make you pay for it, it just is. Don't market a service for something its not!!!!
