Facility was in network last year and not this year. Yet they give a call to set up an appointment with them(They had my insurance on file). They did not care to double check they were out of network this year and blindly called to schedule appointment with them. The result- Patient's claim gets rejected and they don't give a rats a** and blame the patient for not double checking if they were in network or not. Overall rating is half a star if there was one. Avoid them!!
