Dr. Venis Fils Siffrard, DDS

Six months ago I had an excellent visit with Dr. Siffrard. I made another appointment for today for 8:00 AM and made note on my phone calender with a reminder for 7:00 AM. I received an email reminder on 9/19 and confirmed it. I didn't notice the time of my appointment had been changed to 8:30 AM. I arrived at the office at 7:50 AM. The door was locked. At 8:00 AM the TV inside was turned on. I thought the lights were on. I called their phone and the message said they were open from 8-12 noon on Fridays. I left a message that I was there. At 8:15 the door is still locked. I called and left another message. I checked my confirmation email and noticed the time change. I waited in my car until 8:30 and tried the door again. It was still locked. I waited 8-10 minutes and called again. While doing all this waiting I rechecked my emails and found an email on 9/22 wanting me to confirm an appointment on 9/26 which I had not made. When i did my last email check on 9/22 around 8 PM, there was no email from this office. This office provides good service when they open the door, but apparently has a problem with keeping appointments.  Mary Rial
