I checked into the office and the staff informed me that I had to pay $120 for  my annual checkup .   I am in network with Dr Van Tran and my copay is $00.00.  The office staff did not see my credentials and insisted I pay before being seen by the doctor.
A few months past, and  I confirmed with UHC, my copay is $00.00 & UHC has paid the claim(4/9/24).   I have visited the office a few more times and they have refused to credit my $120.  6/3/24 , I spoke with UHC and they have confirmed claim paid to DR Van Tran and even called the office on my behalf. To no avail, this office practice was unwilling to refund my money even though I have my EOB documentation and claim id confirmation.   This office is not honest. Be wary , they do not have the best interest of the patient that they have vowed.
