I hear wonderful things about Dr Daoud. The staff seemed nice but the assisting nurse practitioner should be removed immediately if Dr Dauod wants this place to be better. Ursiline Charles (NP Charli) bed side manners are non existent.

I am not a medical expert that’s why I came to see you. If I ask questions it’s not because I’m a hypochondriac. I am genuinely concerned about my health.

She seemed bothered that I was there. I tried to convey my experiences but she was belittling and condescending. She may have some medical knowledge however, it appears she didn’t grasp
etiquette or empathy in Med school.

I wish we could rate just the Dr’s instead of the entire facility. If I could she’d get a zero. For the sake of Dr Daoud I gave today’s review a 3 star. Fortunately, I won’t put up with her going forward now that I know.
