I am sad to say that I had such a terrible encounter with Travis. My brother, father and I entered his place of work early on a Saturday morning. There were no other patients in line or waiting. We spoke to the receptionist, a triage nurse, and another nurse before Travis came into out treatment room. Travis had not reviewed the chart that had been put together for my father and walked into the room to ask why we were there. As we tried to explain to him he interrupted us repeatedly, ignored most of what we said, and was extremely patronizing and demeaning in his tone of voice and with the words he chose to speak to us. He simply acted like we were wasting his time in the ER, even though we had a very legitimate reason for being there. I cannot imagine why he chose this field of work because he seemed to have zero compassion or interest in helping patients.
