Terrified my 4 year old! and was so pushy to me and my mom about getting the "treatment" done without telling us what the "treatment" is. We saw her partner for our first few visits and he was fine. He took time to explain our options and answer any questions, which we appreciated. However, we just saw Dr. Pham for our appointments, and it was unfortunately not a good experience for us. Dr. Pham was condescending and extremely pushy. Get a second opinion on any suggested procedures. We only tried here for the past year because our insurance changed. I'm thinking we'll just pay out of pocket at our prior dentist.
