Dr. Carter seems distracted or perhaps uninterested in truly understanding issues. She will see you and simply send you to another doctor for seemingly every issue. I'm not sure what she will actually treat herself. Also, I have tried to contact her via her office staff regarding a test for literally months with no response, reply, call or follow up. I finally chose another GP.
I have seen so many Physicians including specialist for internal medicine but noone was even close to root issue for my swelling and physical situation. I got accurate diagnosis because of Dr Tracy Carter and surviving without any issue since week.
Dr Carter was a total waste of time and reminded me once again why I left the Kelsey Network years ago and vouched to pay a lot more for a network where I had more control over what Doctor I wanted to see and could see medical professionals who actually valued me as an individual with unique needs rather than a protocol. Dr. Carter didn't listen to a thing I said and did nothing that I came to her for. I have been dealing with my condition for years and finally found a doctor who gave me a correct diagnosis and treatment that was actually working (a Dr outside of Kelsey) but was unable to prescribe me key a medication that is the only methods I have found to actually get me through one of my very serious pain episodes. Dr. Carter failed to look at any of the medical records that I had sent to her office so she could see my history of treatment and talked to me like I was a drug-addict when I asked for one single basic muscle relaxant as the only medication that I have ever taken that actually works to give me relief from pain when I need it. (which is not even an opioid-type drug). I am intelligent adult with a bachelor's degree in Biology yet she talked to me like I was an ignorant druggy. She also had no respect for my time as I waited over an hour for her in the exam room. I am extremely offended by her negligence and disrespect of me as an individual person who is very knowledgeable of my condition and what works for me. I will never see her again and don't recommend her to anyone who wants to be treated like an intelligent adult.
