I have been attending therapy sessions with Tonya for about six months now. She has helped me to identify and articulate past trauma and has given me tools to work through these issues. As with any mental health issue the onus is on the client to actually do the work in order to gain results, there is no magic bullet cure and you will have to own your behaviors before you can make any progress. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone else.
