When I first contacted Dr.Wu for an appointment my initial thought was that he was a caring psychologist since he was the only one who called me back and worked with my schedule. Originally I asked if there were any available openings in the weekdays which, after checking his schedule, he claimed the only opening was Sunday at 10AM. I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment so when he told me he needed a minute I didn't think anything of it. Finally he says there was a 'conflict in scheduling' and he would like me to come back at 11. Mind you, when making this appointment he 'checked' his schedule for other openings so he would have seen this 'conflict'. In addition, if there was a conflict, as a professional it was courtesy to at least reschedule ahead of time. Not while a patient is waiting outside the building in the rain.
