This was my first visit with Dr Lo. I was having severe pain that was not controlled. I have not taken many pain meds in the past, but have stigmatized my own patients who see Pain MDs as "drug seekers." He had reviewed my CT and X-rays. Dr Lo actually listened to me and presented some options. We agreed on treatments plan. Dr Lo said "let me know how you do on these medicines We might need to change them. I am here for you" I was amazed. I had never seen a pain MD before but certainly did not expect the respect, care and concern I received from Dr Lo and his staff. I came in very stressed about this pain. I had never experienced pain like this. I left feeling relieved that Dr Lo really cared. 2 days after the visit he sent message through MyChart to see how I was doing. He made some med changes and we communicated further via message. I couldn't be more pleased that Dr Lo is on my care team.

I have had severe neck pain for so many years which got in the way of my daily activities and quality of life at times. After tests and visits to see Dr. Lo, he recommended a cortisone shot. This shot that he administered has been life changing. Since receiving the shot, I have had NO neck pain or headaches that once consumed my daily life. I feel so good and full of energy and have even started exercising again because I am now pain free. I am so grateful to Dr. Lo for giving me back my life! He is amazing!

Dr Lo has been one of my favorite doctors since moving to Los Angeles. He's calm and he directs his eyes towards me. He listens to every word I say and if he doesn't understand, he asks. I always feel like he has my best interest at heart even if he can't make the pain go all the way away. During a surgical procedure, he always lets me know what he's doing before he does It. That's very important to me. And the cherry on top is that he has a voice that's worth listening to.lol Dr Lo you rock!

I'm going through a lot right now with various health issues and I feel that every one I've seen recently has listened and ordered various Consults for me which gives me some peace of mind knowing that we will figure things out and go from there to hopefully help resolve some of these problems, at least as best as we can. So far they have addressed several things and have continued to monitor them. I'm so appreciative for that. A BIG THANK YOU AND HUGS FOR YOU ALL

Dr. Lo is my pain management specialist. I really like this guy. He seems very knowledgeable in his art. I also REALLY APPRECIATE that he seems like a nice, polite, caring person. You never leave his office and say to yourself; "that was weird." I always leave feeling very well cared for. I hope I can keep him as my pain management doctor indefinably. I also notice how nice and polite all the other ladies and gentlemen are that work in this office. Great place)

Everyone that works in Dr Tony Lo's office are always very kind, helpful and cheerful. Dr Lo is a great doctor. He always truly listens to any concerns you may have and is very understanding and compassionate. He is very clear on explaining procedures and/or other options to different medications. I would and have highly recommend Dr. Lo to my family and friends.

Dr. Lo is a wonderful doctor, but I feel that Facey Medical need to have a least 2 pain management doctors at each facility. People see these doctors to help with their pain but when you call to get an appointment it's weeks out and how does that help someone with chronic pain having to wait 3 weeks or more.please add more of these doctors.

My appointment with Dr Lo was for a consultation for my back ablation. We are waiting for records from my previous pain management doctor. As it works out the providers don't play well together Facey and Providence for referrals so I'm lucky enough to see Dr Lo because he was amazing during my consultation.

The provider is excellent we everything pertaining to he's practice the only problem it's the way time to see hem is long and wen you are in pain 90 days of suffering it's to much to bear but he's excellent pain management Dr so we have no other option but wait he's real busy And he's waiting list is long
