Dr. Timothy is very helpful and kind. He listens to concerns and provides the best assistance. He is also flexible with payment and appointment times.

Poor management. Provider is consistently late or insists that appointment time was at the time he or his interns called - commonly, 30 minutes to hours past the scheduled time.

They have no referral specialist in house and the provider has made promises of referral for therapies with no follow through- over 19 months of therapy with minimal action and follow through on part of
provider.


I have kept a log of tele-health appointments over the
past 19 months of therapy, tele-health phone call (tele-health) lengths were 2minutes to 4minutes on average.

Pushes meds with minimal interactions.

HIPAA violations, provider called patients employer and sibling whom were not on a release of information, nor authorized by patient to be contacted on behalf of the patient. This is after provider called 11:48am for 10:30am appointment. 


Receptionist or scheduler is unorganized and will call repeatedly if there is no answer and does not leave a voicemail. Repeated calls within 15 minutes of each other.

Provider fraudulently billed patient and insurance provider for an appointment in which there was no scheduled time for an appointment nor interaction with patient.

Patient emailed provider to discuss and 4 days later this was the response “I will talk to you today”.

This of major concern. I had a scheduled appointment on 2/5 at 10:30am.  I received a call at 11:48am. See attached screenshot of phone calls received. 

Then, your office violated HIPAA and called my employer trying to reach me. You called EF, whom was not on a HIPPA release form. 

The intern that called 2/7 did not know whom he was asking for Jessica or Shelby. Male intern.-  Monday 2/7 attempting to hold an appointment that was not scheduled.  There was no discussion of a scheduled appointment time for today 2/12/22.


Today 2/12/22 your office charged my debit card and insurance for a service that was not rendered.  You had an intern call. 

Please let me know what you anticipate to do with refunding me and my insurance for a service that was not rendered.
