Dr Westhusing is an outstanding provider for me since switching over to him. Listens and understands my concerns. To me he is very informal of issues I bring up, explains very well. I have a had a very good experience with the staff also. Last office visit the nurse who checked me in was not the exception I was excepting. I am sure she had a long day as my appointment was in the late afternoon, not very personable or listening to my answers, seem to do blood pressure quickly, no temperature check or pulse, heart rate. Seem pre occupied. Looking back at my summary chart I see there is inputted temperature and oxygen. Blood pressure I know she did but didn't seem to be looking over to wall gauge seem she was rushed. Just was different than the other nurses I had . Hope it was just a bad day

Dr. Westhusing is the best doctor you guys could ever have hired. I have recommended him to a few people and they are very happy with him. He is so caring and understanding and does not treat me like a number. I think Dr. Westhusing should be recognized as the best Dr. Kadlec has, if it wasn't for him, I would have a lot more problems than I do. He is the best doctor I have ever gone to and need to be recognized as one of the best doctors in the Tri-Cities. He is always there when I need him, and he even has called me on a Saturday about a medication . He is number one in my understanding of what a doctor does. He is the greatest and needs to be told that.

Best provider ever! Referred me to the resources I need to maintain good health. Honest and straight Forword about what is what and also personable. Actually, interested in my outside activities. As for the follow-up questions: My Chart Is a great tool! Everything I need to know Is there within 24-48 hours. If I have a question, they get back with an answer or action. No complaints from this patient. However: About a year ago I was 12 minutes late due to circumstances. I was denied my appointment based on some 10-minute rule. It cost me two months. That rule needs to be relaxed a bit. In my opinion...

We had just seen a neurologist not in the Kadlec network but Dr. Westhusing had the information from the neurologist and was familiar with the results and diagnosis from that visit. We were able to talk about further actions to take and medication modifications. Dr. Westhusing helped us understand more about the Parkinson's diagnosis and what to be aware of and what steps to take as we handle physical therapy and medications and what is most helpful to do in this continuing journey.

Having gone through several primary care doctors because one of them leaving but mostly because of their poor bedside manner' we chose Dr. Westhusing and hope he stays with Kadlec because he has a good manner about him, caring but also very knowledgeable about different treatments and respecting our concerns and questions.He's professional and we trust his work with us. I say we because Dr. Westhusing is also my wife's doctor.

Dr Westhuising is always very kind to both my husband (the patient) and me (his wife). He understands that because of my husbands disability he relies on me to make sure he tells him his concerns. He listened carefully and ordered a MRI. Later that day he my-charted him telling him to get a lab test which he had ordered. He is very thorough. We recommended him to our son and daughter-in-law who both like him very much..

I'm getting on in years. Normally I don't like going to see a doctor. However, in the case of Dr. Westhusing, I actually enjoy the interaction I have with him. He listens, unlike a lot of doctors I have visited in the past. I have and will continue to recommend him to any and all family and friends. The receptionists, nurses and aides all have been polite and courteous every time I have been to his office. Many thanks!

If someone mentions needing a doctor I always refer them to Dr. Westhusing without any hesitation. After my husband and I experienced a couple of other Kadlec doctors for a primary doctor I chose Dr. Westhusing, then referred my husband to go to him. We are both thankful having Dr. Westhusing as our primary doctor. He's knowledgeable, shares his knowledge so we understand and he listens with care.

I understand that my providers time is valuable to all of the patients that he sees and takes care of. I also understand that I came in with many questions, and very likely exceeded the normal amount of time in his office.
