Therapy sessions are virtual. That being said your clients can still see you and your facial expressions. There is sound also therefore your clients can still here you. This therapist comes across as sarcastic, condescending, and accusatory and really doesn’t take the time or make an effort to learn what’s really going on and seems to side instead of helping clients cope and really communicate with each other. I definitely would not recommend her services based on her personal and professional skills or lack thereof. There are other factors considered in this review but the main factor is her “bedside manner” is atrocious.
