Dr. Goepfert is amazing. I started seeing her when she saw patients in Ballard. I drive from Phinney Ridge to Issaquah to continue to see her. I have seen her twice in the last year for different issues. Both times, she takes time to listen, clearly answers my questions and provides me with a high level of care. This time, because the Rx I received is expensive, she spent extra time to help me find pharmacy options with lower prices. She is an exceptional provider.

Receptionists have always been so kind and patient at this office the three times I have visited. The provider went above and beyond to address my concerns and recommend future actions. I was so grateful that both she and the woman who admitted me to the room were explaining and communicating every step of the way what was happening and going to happen. I felt very safe in their care.

She was amazing!! Her and her assistant made this one of the best experiences I have had in a long time within the entire healthcare system. I even provided a 5 star review (which I never do) in fact I referred a friend already to her. Thank you for checking in on my experience which is probably why you have continued success and to patient care.

This was my second time seeing a provider at Swedish Ob/GYN with poor bedside manner who seemed disengaged and uninterested in treating me as an individual patient.

Ob/gyn was backed up and although I had to wait quite a while for my appointment a member of the check in team let me know the time frame. She was great.

Waited for my scheduled appointment over 45 minutes. Dr was not interested in what I had to say.

Provider was courteous and knowledge but never made an attempt toConnect.

I thought my provider really listened to me, that was important.

Got an appointment by writing on mychart. Very good service

She was thorough, clear, and compassionate.
