I began seeing Dr Frankhouser 3+ yrs ago, after moving from Hickory.  I could not be any happier.  She reminds you of what doctors were like when they had the time to be doctors not driven by corporations and insurance companies.  She has never failed to listen to me and I strongly feel that is an asset that many doctors do not have today.   The staff has been great and always communicating.  They seem to have a good group that works with one another.

I had to call to find out the results of my bloodwork, only to learn I was being prescribed three NEW meds. Nothing about this was discussed with me until I called a month later. Still, then, I did not get to speak with the doctor. The staff appears very inexperienced in all manner of office detail and patient communication.
