We’ve been seeing Dr. Pitts for about 2 years now and love her. She’s very friendly. She’s been able to help us find an ADHD medication that works for my son and also helped with other random medical things that have come up outside the annual wellness visits. Her nurse is the best, so friendly. Dr. Pitts is very punctual, even if you have an afternoon appointment. At most I would say we wait maybe 10 minutes in the room, usually less. I love that I can schedule visits through the app and can usually get in pretty quickly. The front office staff is also always very friendly and helpful.
