I took my son's appointment on February 10,2017 because his cavity came out on his left upper side of the teeth. When we went there I told the assistant that I see something in my son's mouth in right upper tooth too. She replied "oh you booked an appointment for the left side of the tooth cavity which came out so we are just gonna focus on that one". The dentist didn't even check the right side of my son's teeth. Later I booked an appointment with the hygienist for his general check up and the dentist said there is another cavity on right side of his teeth.( Didn't I mention that on the first visit that I see something on the right side too). She suggested to book another appointment to fix the cavity. Wow I had to TAKE MY SON THREE TIMES.
