They make you come in for an appointment to get assessed for a cleaning. I needed additional work done apparently. They made no mention of price of what would be charged to my insurance. They did all this unnecessary work, x-rays, and such. All when I just wanted a cleaning. 4 months later I get a bill for over $1,200! I feel half the stuff they did was unnecessary, and office ladies are not too bright. Have you repeat everything 3 or 4 times. I talk calmly, clearly, and easy to understand. I am looking at this bill. There are over 20 items on it? Just seems like a scam. will not be back.
