My first visit and last. I was told the first visit would take an hour but not told the hour would be taken up by paperwork and the chiro helping a stream of other patients. There seems to be quadruple to quintuple booking going with patients getting treated simultaneously. I arrived early and waited 25 minutes to the see the chiro. Then he left the consultation to help other patients while I paced around the room looking at posters. I spent 10-15 minutes max with the chiro and had NO adjustments. Did not feel the visit was worth charging me the full fee. Did not felt attended to, time was not respected, could not imagine ever being comfortable receiving treatment here as I would never be able to leave on time and I'd always worry that my adjustments would be delayed and interrupted due to the constant delays and interruptions.
