Dr. Suzanne Elizabeth Rastorfer, MD

Me and my children love dr.rastorfer, it is very disappointing though that the front desk staff is so rude and uncaring, I had issues with my daughters insurance not being active and Susan actually laughed at me when I asked if they would hold a check until that Friday, I was not upset that they couldnt but I was upset at being embarrassed when I was only trying to get care for my sick child. Susan is also very rude over the telephone as well. I ended up having to leave without her being seen, and we have been patients there for over 5 years. But because of this instance and also the nurse who brings the children back into the room and takes their weight and such, seems to like to torture my baby by smushing her face and laughing when she gets upset, my youngest daughter is not even 1 and everytime we go into the room with Stephanie, she cries and cries. I am very sad to have to leave this practice but I will not subject myself or my children to their rude behavior. If she were to get new employees I would for sure return.
