This doctor really SCARED me. My impression was that Morton-Pradhan lacked basic communication skills and coated over issues with blasé disregard. I was not treated with respect, my concerns were ignored, as were the concerns of my primary care physician and other hospital staff. My surgery went poorly. I'm ashamed I didn't speak up in time to save others the experience.
