Went to the office and my hygienist was sick (sick enough that she planned not to come in the next day). Was not interested in a sick person standing over me with their fingers in my mouth. Nobody let me know beforehand and I was told that the other hygienists were not available because they work on commission and don't accept my plan. Added insult to injury that I came all the way to the office and other people not working on other patients couldn't see me for a ridiculous reason. Note that this Dr. Schreiber was listed as in network on my insurance web site for me but apparently does not see patients with my insurance -- also ridiculous. Be upfront and honest.
