Horrible!  Office staff incompetent, and Dr. blames everything on the staff.  His hygienist  damaged my gums by using the high pressure jet incorrectly, and I still have the scare.   His staff cancelled my visits twice, claiming I had to sign emails verifying I would pay for additional services, that I was not told about during my visit.  Dr. H. emailed me trying to explain the staff's incompetence, and then we spoke on the phone where he complained to me about how he was dis-satisfied with his agreements with the insurance companies , stating how he was losing thousands a year.  This dentist tried to victimize me, by jacking up cost, adding additional services and refused to substantiate the reasons.  I requested a consultation in an attempt to get a better explanation of cost for proposed services I was being asked to agree to,   but his office staff said I would have to pay for the consultation.   BEWARE.    My date of visit might be off, since I used his receptionist's  email correspondence....to guess the original date of service.
