I highly suggest finding a different office. I came to this one a month ago too set up getting a long term birth control option. We order everything needed and set the appointment to get it placed (which is a month later) . I get to the appointment and wait for an hour only for them to tell me they couldn’t put in . The fact they couldn’t is not what upset me , it’s the fact that they had my information over a month , went over birth control options and affects with me , and no one figured out until the day off that it wasn’t happening. I’m a full time student and full time employed so it took a lot just for me to get the day off to come to this appointment, but of course they could care less
