Ms. Santos, ARNP, is one of the best family practice health care providers I have ever had. She listens carefully, assesses what care is needed, and we discuss what the next steps could be and come to an agreement. She always respects my wishes about care, and we track the plan as a team. Her manner in the exam room is professional and compassionate and she is very approachable and understanding about any health concern or life situation that arises. Her MAs, and the lab and front desk staff are all excellent as well. Follow-up communication is always prompt and and easy to understand, and they have all been very helpful and responsive to several situations that needed quick attention. I couldn't be happier with my health team at at West Kennewick Primary Care. Thank you.

Ms. Santos is the best primary care provider I have ever had. She listens carefully to my health concerns & care preferences & we come to an agreement for the best next steps. I love her easy-going nature and medical wisdom. She is compassionate and firm, and I feel like I am getting the best possible care. I appreciate Ms. Santos' quick response when I needed something between appointments! Everyone I have encountered in the clinic has been efficient and kind, medical assistants, front desk staff, lab staff, and the urgent care department when it was there. My one request for improvement would be to bring back the urgent care clinic at this location. Thank you!

I've had positive experiences with Stephanie Santos and her team for 5 years now. After having a traumatic negative experience with a former Kadlec MD who no longer works in the Tri-cities- I was searching for a female provider who would treat me this dignity and listen to me. I was very grateful when I started seeing Stephanie Santos - she was able to fix the medication debacle the former MD caused and stabilize my health conditions. She listens, she offers Insights and education In every visit, and I can feel that she Is genuine and cares. That matters to me.

I absolutely love Stephanie Santosshe is the best Dr. I've had in years and I'm so grateful for her. She's very thorough and she knows who I am and my history without even looking at my records. I say that because when I was there on Monday their computers were down and when she walked into the room she greeted me and asked how I've been and how my back is doing! I was very impressed that she remembered out of all the patients she has. She is a very rare Dr. That cares about her patients and I have referred several friends and family members to her.

I love my provider Stephanie Santos she is always on top of my health program. She listens to my concerns and answers my questions and keeps me on the right track. Her medical assistant is pretty cool too she is friendly, respectful and always has a smile. I love being able to send a message thru my chart when I have questions or concerns and my care teams is pretty quick on getting back to me with what I need or helpful information. So far I'm very satisfied with my care team they are the best and so if your office staff.

Stephanie has always taken the time necessary time to review my lab results and offer constructive advice on steps I can take to improve the results of the results. She is an exceptional person and I have ALWAYS felt like I was receiving the best care. My earlier response regarding the waiting time was a result of an obviously very sick child in a nearby treatment room who needed attention. I would have gladly waited hours to see Stephanie knowing that the child was receiving the best care he/she could receive.

Experiences with Stephanie and the clinic are always good. The only thing I wish was that when I call to make an appointment the appointments wouldn't be months out. When I have a mild concern, it's nice to be able to address it sooner rather than later. If I have something urgent, I just go to urgent care because I find calling and waiting potentially all day for someone to get back stressful. Oh and there aren't enough urgent care's in the Tri-Cities!

I am so happy Stephanie Santos is my new PCP. I have never had such a good experience at the doctors office before. I felt comfortable, heard, cared for. Stephanie is so easy to talk to and spent lots of time with me and gave me so many tips and how to help my eczema I've been struggling with, plus much more. I went home and told my husband that I want to be her friend. She is wonderful! Thank you for staffing such a lovely doctor.
