A doctor very professional but very disappointing business practices of the office for which the doctor works for.  The doctor examined and cleaned my ear sending a culture to a lab. The stuff informed that I could see the results once I was logged into the portal.  After half a month I still could not find my results and contacted the office.  Here is where I was caught by surprise.  It turns out that I could not see the results unless I pay for another visit.  

Thus, it is important for you to keep all the documents for your record be prepared for two bites taken out of your wallet by Dr. Voigt's office.

The update: originally, I rated my experience with one star.  However, while the rating is for the overall experience, I realized that it would be unfair to associate the doctor with such a low rating.  It is the Office policies not a doctor himself that leaves a lot to desire.  Thus, I upgraded my rating to three stars but not more despite the fact that the doctor truly disserves more.  
Until the business office policies changes or the doctor changes the office, I cannot offer rating higher than three stars.
