During my visit to the clinic, the admin office try to charge me more out of pocket although the treatment was 100% covered by insurance.
Dr. Alston, all the hygienists that have worked with me, and the office staff are all very kind, supportive, and knowledgeable! I started going to her office in March of 2022 and have had a total of 5 appointments, which include regular cleanings, deep cleanings, fillings, and x-rays. They gave me so much insight into my current dental health and gave me a plan on exactly what I needed to do in order to improve my dental health, and why each step was important. They always have an answer to my questions and have quickly responded to any calls or emails I send between appointments. Dr. Alston and her team have been amazing to me for almost a year now! I highly recommend her services
