Spencer was the first contact I had with the group and looing back (it's almost 2 years) I see the emails, remember his patient explanations navigating even the pre-intake paperwork, and then we had the actual first intake call and I felt immediatey at east from both our communications prior and our conversation during this visit. While there's structured sets of questions he was extremely easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable talking about difficult issues, and couldn't have been a better first person to talk to as I subsequently have had care there. I was both changing to a new provider and group, and a lot was going on, and there was a lot of stress. Spencer was just great and it was not only "painless" but therapeutic talking to him just providing information and answering questions ... I really appreciate him making that experience positive and was consistent with my subsequent visits/talks with him and others along with my primary provider in the group. Thank you!
