Does not listen. Has own agenda to make as many referrals as possible when not needed. Treated like an object vs. an individual that has been through a lot of trauma. Not caring or friendly. Overcharged! Pay attention to coding for billing. What should have been a simple annual checkup and blood work turned into a “problem” visit when charged costing me $400 out of pocket!
