She balances being professional and personable simultaneously allowing the patient (me) to dialogue throughout the appointment giving a sense of completeness to my concerns and clarity to her instructions / follow-up. She handles any of my concerns at that appointment rather than putting It off until later. Any referrals are done Immediately with follow-up calls or messages from the offices. Prescriptions are handled In real-time and are available on my way home.

The only reason I'm still with this medical group is Sony. The drive in traffic is awful but since I don't see her too often, I make an effort. I really appreciate her bedside manner and honest concern. I have considered other providers but I keep on coming because I really feel like Sony listens and is proactive in the care of her patients. I appreciate being heard and seen as a human being, not just as a medical chart.

Sony has been the absolute best health care provider I could ask for. She listens, takes detailed notes, remembers things you talk about even things not related to health. She just overall shows she cares as a health care provider and a wonderful person. I drive Al the way from Upland to see her for my appointment because I know I will receive excellent care and service.

Honestly, the best health care group I have ever joined. I have recommended many people to see Sony, including my partner, as she makes me feel truly cared for. She is very empathetic and REAL! She always goes above and beyond with finding solutions for any of my concerns. I feel blessed to have Sonys help and guidance.

I am extremely pleased with the staff at Providence. Everyone is respectful and kind. Dr. Sony, who I have been seeing for years, is outstanding. She follows up on test results and makes referrals immediately. She is a good listener and understanding my needs and wants. She is a great asset to Providence.

Sony was knowledgeable and answered my questions. She ordered lab tests concerning my questions. She found out that I am allergic to shrimp and that my TSH level was elevated which I didn't know. I am very pleased with her and I have recommended her to my son and daughter-in-law.

Dr. Sony and her team are very welcoming and sweet. They make people feel very comfortable and don't seem to have trouble sparking up a conversation with one. Talking definitely makes my visit more at ease. They are the best. I don't think there's no other doctor like Sony )
