I've been going through some difficulties at home, and when I took my first steps to find professional help, I came across this person. I contacted her, and she responded days later with, "I'm in the network. I have this day/time open," to which I replied, "Great." I asked for her location and said I would confirm the day since I had to check my schedule. Once I replied, I believe it was a whole week before she responded, stating she was on vacation, which she did not mention in the first text so I could schedule better. Meanwhile, after multiple times mentioning the days and times I could schedule, she kept throwing out random appointment times, and I had to repeat the days and times AGAIN! To which she replied, "I have nothing, then." In my opinion, the whole thing was very unprofessional, and she showed no empathy at all, considering what I had mentioned to her that I needed help with. Please do not put your mental health in the hands of people like Silvia. She doesn't even deserve to be called "doctor" by me.
