Haha! Look! Sierra left a review defending herself. This woman is a crazy TERF that attacks & harasses others. Not a professional by any means. Not to mention all the the false medical information she dispenses about transgender people and medical procedures for gender affirming care. She harasses and jokes about transgender people and incites her followers to do the same. But does it really matter if who she is harassing is transgender? The fact of the matter is that NO medical professional should be harassing and making fun of other people online or inciting others to harass people, nor dispensing false medical information well beyond her scope of study. Do not bring your child to this person. They cannot be trusted and are not acting with love. If they were, why are they associated with right wing hate sites? Why are they doxxing people? They cannot be trusted with confidential information. 

Social media is a sewage system...so for you to choose a practicioner based on the fact that she has been deplatformed from Twitter, Facebook, and Youtube (all of which openly promote racism against whites, fake news, and contribute to the erasure of women and the growing of the racial divide in the US), you should probably take a break from your own social media outlets and check your priorities.  Once you're thinking clearly, look up the definition of Exulansis and you'll see it's not a bad thing.  Then, remind that negative reviewer that medical transition is not necessary to be transgendered, as most transgendered people only socially transition, and that they're being transphobic.  So Sierra transitioned socially and then sought help, found the root of her issues, and did the hard work which allowed her to again celebrate her natural gender...it takes a strong person to survive that and then admit that they were wrong.  If you spend a few minutes watching her videos, you'll see that this raving lunatic reviewer is lying to you.  Exulansic's genetics are partially Native, her haters claim that that is a lie and that she really looks Jewish and is hiding that, and she has never claimed to be Jewish.  Again, spend a few minutes watching, and you'll find that her reaction videos to those of children whose parents are mutilating them for entertainment and income, come from deep-seeded sorrow and compassion for those children.  She reacts to these videos to educate by relating with her own personal experiences, as well as her extensive knowledge of these medical processes and their ramifications on the growing child's body and mind.  Her speech is made of scientific fact, contains absolutely no violence or hate for anyone, just respect for the progress of past feminists who worked to get women the very basic rights we all deserve.  She believes in the rights of parents and loved ones to protect those who want to irreparably change or mutilate the natural state of their bodies while mental illness has taken them over and put them at risk of making bad decisions.  So yes, raving madwoman reviewer, I would love to bring my child to this woman.
