I liked the dentist, and staff. I even overlooked the fact that the filling they did fell out in two weeks. However they don’t answer their phone, nor return calls! I’ve called 5 times for various reasons. The first was an emergency call due to pain. The 2nd was due to their filling that had fallen out. The 3rd and 4th call was to request an antibiotic that should have been prescribed at the visit to replace the filling that fell out. The only way I was able to get that appointment was to actually go to the office in person. The 5th call was to schedule an appointment to replace the filling that fell out. Never an answer to my calls. Never a returned call to my messages. The endodontist that I was referred to had to prescribe the antibiotic. I had to wait 3 weeks in pain to receive the antibiotic! It did relieve my pain. The last message I left was explaining how they don’t return calls, and that I should not have to physically go to the office to talk with them. Still no return call!! I’m in the process of finding a new dentist.
