I wish there was ZERO STARS. DO NOT GO- WORST EXPERIENCE! I am not the person to write reviews like this. My husband and I just had the WORST experience with our two twins boys that are 16 months today. Not only did it take them around three months to re book us for a visit after my son was diagnosed with stigmatism.
When we arrived today for the appointment I filled our a survey they said my baby had small congestion and WAS NOT SICK and because of that circle on their paper they wouldn't take us for the appointment. My husband took off a half day of work and the doctor came out and said she can not see any patients that have congestion. My babies ARE NOT SICK. Blown away that this is coming from a Pediatric optometrist??? If she is so worried about getting sick, why be a doctor for children? Can not warn you all enough, go some where else! We will NEVER return and will find a new doctor for our babies. What a disappointment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Hope this is helpful for you parents out there! :)
