I called a couple of time to her office and she never called me back, I send her an email to schedule and appointment and become a new patient and she responded that her "schedule is full" and that if I want, I can schedule an appointment with her associate who is NOT in network with Aetna PPO. If I found her office contact through my insurance portal, why I would want to see someone who is not in network and pay for a full visit? I found this office NOT helpful at all.
