My first time in this office was December 19 2019. I then had an appointment on January 7th 13th and 16th the one on the 16th was the worst. I only ended up at these this office because my primary care physician sent a referral over due to some concerns that I had. The doctor called me on the 13th of January saying I needed to come in for a biopsy and didn't bother to go over what the procedure entailed and prescribed me some type of pill to dilate my cervix which caused me to vomit all night and have diarrhea all night and then still have to be there at 7:30 in the morning for the biopsy procedure then only to find out that the results came in 3 days later but the results were inconclusive because Dr Shelly Asbee did not get sufficient issue I don't know what she was doing but number one there's no bedside manner, number two there's no explanation of what a biopsy was number 3 when I mentioned the reaction to the medicine she said oh that's normal but my question is why didn't wasn't that explained to me in prior to the procedure I just feel like she doesn't care and that she just keeps having me come into the office for different things keeps poking around inside me scaring me and then only to come to find out that she is so incompetent that she didn't get the right tissue for adequate testing and now I'm hearing that I have to come back into the office to repeat the procedure and retake that horrid medicine at this point I think I'm going to find a new office to go to because I don't see any kind of care concern or any type of bedside manner I think they just want me to continue to come into their office so that they can continue to Bill my insurance and continue to get paid but I don't think they truly care about my health and well-being. Please beware of going to this office. also each time I've been to the office I've showed up at least 30 to 45 minutes early and each time I'm waiting in the lobby for an additional 45 minutes to an hour before being called into the back then once I get into the room and I'm Des roved I wait in the room anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes just for the doctor to come in it's unbelievable, unprofessional and just plain rude!
