I was a patient of this business for several months. I have been battling a pretty painful cyst for about 3 months now. It was injected at one visit, about a month later it returned and I was given some antibiotics. When it returned the third time I was in so much pain that I had to go to an Urgent Care followed by the Emergency room because Preston Dermatology couldn't fit me in for 2 weeks. I left 3 voicemails for Dr. Soloman that day, none of which were returned. When they finally contacted me I let them know what was going on with the cyst and I was scheduled for 2 weeks later. Going into the appointment I met with Travis who advised me I needed to schedule yet another appointment with Dr. Soloman to see if she could excise the cyst or if I needed to go to another surgeon. Not to mention paying $60 every time I walk in the door, even if it's for a follow-up from having moles removed. This place is ridiculous and have ZERO care for the wellbeing of their patients.
