This provider is a fraud. She’s unprofessional and rude. Bills insurance then bills her patients for the entire amount. I’ve never even seen this provider. You talk to her on the phone to set up an appointment and once you get there you see someone completely different. Her office billed me $210 per session months later after initially telling me everything was covered by my insurance. A few weeks later she stole all the money out of my back account behind my back. Worst “provider” ever.
