Really disappointing new patient intake experience. The intake worker was borderline rude. Required a referral from a doctor in the same building, which I guess is an ok policy, but (a) she could have been polite in declining our business, and (b) given the nature of the practice, a psychologist's office, perhaps a suggestion as to how to get help for the patient would make sense instead of just hanging up? Really bad intake experience. Although I could easily get the referral from a phsyician friend in the group, I wouldn't take my child to this office based on the intake experience and lack of care shown for someone with a potential psychological issue.
