Ms. Sharon Kathleen Hamilton, LM

Sharon Hamilton is one of the best healthcare providers I have ever known in my life. She was my midwife for my second child, which was a home birth. From the moment we met until the last post-birth appointment, she has been the most caring, concerned, involved, and loving person. She is 100% committed to the health of the mother and baby first and foremost. She is very non-judgmental and a great listener. She tries to help every step of the way and really wants the mother to be prepared for the best birth experience. She even prepares you for a hospital birth if the need should arise. I would advice any pregnant woman to call her and meet her, even if you are planning a hospital birth, she will help you have the best hospital birth experience for you and your baby. Her approach to care is so thorough and I always felt like I had all her attention 100% of the time at all of our appointments. We had a very successful home birth and I plan to have more home births with Sharon, but I do not think for a second that she would not tell me that I need to go to the hospital if anything were to go wrong. Every prenatal appointment is completely personal, so there is no waiting time at all. Unlike a doctor's office. Great person, great midwife! Love her!
