We had a great pediatrician for several years when my son was young, we had to leave b/c of the staff. It took us a while but we found a place where the doctor is amazing, and the staff is amazing. They run everything very smoothly with an easy to use portal. The staff is always responsive and gets it. It is so true, you have to have both a great doctor and staff. Office is also clean, and timely. More doctors in this area could take notice of this! We recommend Dr. Fox often, and the office we visit RPB is great! So sad people only post when they are angry. The truth is there are so many more good experiences with this provider. She is recommended on our mom groups all the time. We know what a poor experience is, and we have never had one here.
