It brings me relief! I'm currently dealing with some cervical impingements and an always-bad-back and found Dr. Kris through the Aetna insurance website. It's my first time receiving acupuncture treatment. I was skeptical, and it works! After a treatment I feel much more "even and balanced," smell flowers and the ocean very clearly, and have relief from pain. The pain relief for my severe pain has lasted from about 3-4 hours on my first visit to now about 1 full day after three visits. I had a (chronic) lower back spasm flare up that Dr. Kris has all but removed with just 1 visit, which is simply a treasure! For my treatment, Dr. Kris uses both needles and cupping, the needles are hardly noticeable, the cupping is my 2nd experience and delivers almost instant relief. Everyone is very personable, professional, welcoming and friendly, and the office is clean and relaxing. I will be continuing treatment with Inglewood Acupuncture and highly recommend you give them a try!
