Dr MacDonald is the BEST doctor I've ever had. She is always on top of everything!! She is truly the most professional, knowledgeable, kindest, caring primary physician anyone could ever ask for. Her response to any questions or concerns via the web portal is amazing! I never have to follow up, she handles everything immediately in office and online. She is simply the best.

Dr Macdonald gives excellent care. She is very thorough, listens to and answers any questions, and is a sympathetic and caring doctor who has her patients as a top concern. This is very rare to find. I am 68 years old, I have had many primary care physicians. She is the best I have come across and I highly recommend her to anyone who asks me for a referral/opinion.

I am not a person who goes to the doctor often, and usually puts it off. But, DR. McDonald genuinely cares about my well-being, yet allows me to be in total control of my health and decisions, which is appreciated by someone who finds no joy in going the the doctor. She makes it's comfortable for me and listens to my needs! I am thankful to have found her!!!!

Dr. MacDonald is truly the best. So refreshing to have a young, engaged, EXCELLENT doctor who not only listens to my concerns, but takes action. Dr. Serena Macdonald is very good at listening and helping you with any health concerns. She is on top of answering emails, and getting your test results to you.
